     Many aspects of real estate seem pretty simple.   In fact, I've made it look so easy and fun that several clients have decided to become licensed professionals.

     That's a high compliment to me, because it means that the stress, hassle, interruptions and 150 or so interactions that happen with each transaction occur without troubling my clients.
